You have been referred to our practice for needed specialty-level, expert endodontic care. We want your experience with us to be seamless and positive. We will be in contact with you regarding your needed care and the ways you can prepare. Mainly, we will gather some basic information and also any relevant dental insurance coverage to help give you an estimated treatment cost. 

If you are able, please register within our patient portal prior to your appointment to fill out your information and complete all relevant forms. This will save us both time on the day of your appointment. If you choose to wait to complete your forms in-person on the day that you are scheduled, we will ask you to arrive 30 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. 

As a convenience to you, we will send you confirmation and reminder messages regarding your appointment. Please let us know ASAP if you have any changes in your schedule that would interfere with your attendance to your scheduled appointment.
