At AHE, we desire to be an asset to referring practices. We are equipped to perform the entire scope of modern endodontic treatments of the highest quality, ranging from conservative non-surgical treatment and retreatment (including post removal and file bypass/removal), management of dental trauma,  non-surgical and surgical treatment of resorption, and apical microsurgery (apicoectomy with retrofilling). 

Following completion of non-surgical cases, we also offer you a preference for restorative needs. On the referral, please indicate whether you would like Dr. Robbins to place the core build-up (including a post if indicated), repair the occlusal access if treated through an existing serviceable crown, or how you would like the tooth to be temporized. As a rule, any posterior tooth that is endodontically treated will immediately be referred back to the referring general practice for placement of a full coverage crown ASAP.

We desire clear and prompt communication regarding the care of your patients. If possible, please send any existing radiographs of the tooth in question along with the referral, this helps us best plan your patient's care. After a case is completed, you will receive a post-treatment letter regarding the care that was rendered, including a diagnosis, a brief narrative and any further restorative needs, as well as pre and post operative images.
